Thirty-Five Seasons Later, the collection of experiences and adventures has made me who I am today. Road trips- some as long as a month-were filled with fantastic fishing, meeting interesting and outrageous people, working through vehicle and boat trailer disasters; fishing with mosquitoes, bears, elk; and at times encountering barbed wire stretched across a stream we were floating. If I were to include all the weird, hilarious and potentially dangerous events that took place in the bars in Butte, Wise River, West Yellowstone, Poulson, Livingston, Dillon, Melrose, Craig, Ennis, and 100 other no-name establishments along or between river destinations, I would need 1,000 pages. Every day then was a character building experience, and my days now still are. < previous - next >
